Phillips Pet Store Point of Sale and Inventory Ordering - Infuse

This was an extensive project in which I was the design lead from inception to launch and maintenance. This included hiring and managing one other designer. We designed and developed an extensive suite of products to cover everything a Mom-and-Pop pet store would need to run their business.

 

Features included point of sale, deals and coupons, inventory and ordering, employee/customer management and store analytics.

Understanding our customer and their daily struggles was top priority. This research guided us in designing and developing a robust, but easy to use suite of apps changing the way pet stores do business today. Because of the large scale of this project I worked with the team to implement best design standards, including creating comprehensive style guides, working within grid systems and communicating with PM's and developers.

 

Over $1M in orders was processed through the mobile app in just the first couple of months post launch.
