Hi, I'm Kelly
I'm a product designer and design leader with 18 years of experience turning messy, complex problems into products people can actually understand and use. Most of my career has been spent in fast-moving startups, building teams, defining product strategy, creating design systems, and helping companies go from an idea to something real customers rely on.
I've worked across AI, fintech, Web3 and blockchain, logistics, and EV charging, leading everything from 0 → 1 products to large-scale platform initiatives. I operate well in ambiguity, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and spend a lot of time thinking about how to find the balance between business goals, technical constraints, and experiences that actually make sense to the people using them.
Most recently I've been deep in B2B platform design and AI-driven workflows, taking highly technical systems and making them feel approachable. That work has pushed me toward prototyping in code, building design systems that engineering actually adopts, and staying flexible as the tools and methods keep evolving.
I care about craft. Not just how things look but how they work, communicate, and make people feel. I care about building strong design culture and mentoring designers in their careers. And I care about closing the gap between strategy and execution.
Outside of work I'm usually somewhere in the mountains on a bike, with a camera. I spend a lot of time traveling in a camper van with my husband, chasing great riding, good light, and the next meal. This is how I stay inspired and grounded.
